Chuck Heavy WOD Registration

February 26 was Charlie Keating IV's ("C4") birthday! Help us remember and honor him by joining Fire Athlete, Back Alley Crossfit, and the Heavies in completing the "Chuck Heavy" WOD on February 26, 2024 AND help us build the Arizona House on the C4 Ranch! EVERYONE WHO PLEDGES HERE WILL BE RECOGNIZED PERMANENTLY AT ARIZONA HOUSE.

Contest is not limited to Arizona, you can participate and do workout from anywhere in the world! !

There will be at least 7 winners. Top 3 Men, Top 3 Women and best post tagged with the hashtag #chuckheavy2024 on Instagram (interpret "best" however you want, winner selected and announced on 2/28/24)
